The 2019 survey shall utilise the same questions, scoring and reporting format to allow RSSB to continue benchmarking against progress made to date. For the 2019 and future survey RSSB also requires the creation of action plans for all line managers based on the results of the survey. However, in future years, RSSB may require the supplier to support the review and development of questions, scoring, reporting and action planning in a different direction - whilst still ensuring the ability to benchmark against previous years. RSSB also require an online portal to both deliver the survey, store the results and to provide line managers with accounts to access and update their action plans. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
