External works comprising drainage and landscaping works. The tenderers are directed to the drawings to identify the exact nature and extent of the works. It should be noted that with reference to Sequence of Works that access from Monday 11th June 2018 will only be available to Block A, and Zones 5,6 on the first floor. Full access to all areas will be available from 23rd July 2018. It is the intended that a JCT Intermediate Contract 2016 will form the basis of the terms and conditions between the Amethyst Academies Trust and successful contractor and that the sucessful contractor shall have experience and knowledge of this form of contract.
