Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for a Design and Build Contract taking the scheme from planning permission through to completion. Contractors will be required to be a member of Constructionline and a recognised Safety Scheme in Procurement. Inclusion upon the list cannot guarantee that a tender will be invited. The estimated Contract value is £2.1M excl. VAT. The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). MEAT for this Contract is quality 40% and cost 60%, further details to be provided in the invitation to tender.
