The newly commissioned service will be called Live Well Kent Community Housing. By integrating the service into the substantive Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Service known as Live Well Kent, the Commissioners aim to create a more seamless mental health pathway. The service will support individuals to live independently through recovery-focused interventions, delivered in a safe and supported environment.
