The Solution must provide a geodatabase management system that supports spatially enabled databases allowing efficient administration, management, import and publishing of data. The spatial database and associated data management tools are required to store, manipulate, query, spatially query, combine and style spatial datasets. This database will not be specific to any mapping solution, but should provide mapping to a range of systems including MapInfo desktop software, and GeoServer.
