This procurement is to appoint a sole contractor to provide catering for the residential groups using the centre to include breakfast, lunch, evening meal and bedtime drink. The groups comprise anywhere between 30-200 children in the period April-October (fewer numbers in school holidays). Although the centre is open all year round the main residential period is typically April to October though there is an intention to expand this to include March and November. The Centre is open 7 days a week though typically the client groups occupy the centre from Monday to Friday, often with a midweek changeover. Group sizes vary.
