WM Housing Group is seeking to procure the services from a suitably experienced service providers with the capability to deliver the required services and who best meet the need of the Group and its customers. The building is set to have a full internal refurbishment completed during October and November. Copies of the proposed plans have been included into the tender pack and the costs submitted should reflect this change.
