The service consists of two elements: - a universal Information and Advice service on all aspects of Direct Payments/ Personal Health Budgets and - an intensive Core Employment Service for customers who are eligible to receive a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget and have chosen to use this to employ a Personal Assistant.
