The service is bespoke to the needs of the University of Birmingham and requires a detailed level of understanding of our CRM system. The service will be tailored to applicants of a specific list of programmes and a campaign will be developed to target improved conversion with a chosen pool of international offer holders to enable a split cohort pilot. The service provider will work with us to configure our CRM to enable this approach and so that the campaign can commence mid-cycle. They are unique in being able to do this owing to the fact that they were previously part of the same company that developed and managed our CRM system.
