The proposed function of the new building is to give accommodation and servicing facilities for agricultural and horticultural heavy duty equipment and serve as an operating base to serve within the local authority area. The building will be of a steel portal frame with profiled cladding with concrete panel sides set in a compound with tree surround adjacent to a service road linking Potterne Park and Moor's Valley Country Park.
