This reflects our wider objective of ensuring that Network Rail's customers/stakeholders can play an effective role in influencing what the routes/the SO should deliver, as well as in challenging them where performance falls below what is expected (as necessary). Project objective: The aim of this work is to support our assessment/grading (e.g. a score of 1-5) of the quality of the routes/ the SO's stakeholder engagement in preparing business plans and to inform our wider thinking for stakeholder engagement throughout CP6. ORR's PR18 Draft Determination will discuss our findings on the routes'/the SO's stakeholder engagement.
