This project shall be in two stages: i) Decommissioning, installation and commissioning of boilers 1 ii) Decommissioning , installing and commissioning of boilers 2 . Installation of the second boiler shall only commence after successful completion of the commission and operation of the first boiler. After commissioning the second boiler, a successful full system testing, commissioning and presenting for witnessing by the client along with full O&Ms shall constitute handover.
