It is seeking to procure Hard, Soft FM Services and Managed Services. The initial portfolio of assets that the Council is procuring services for are: - Chiswick Green - Office building - Egham Business Park - Multi let industrial estate - Addlestone One - Town centre retail and leisure development scheme.
