The contractor shall design, supply, install and commission a new wet sprinkler system within Peppermint Heights, including but not limited to: - Provide domestic sprinklers in all dwellings accordance with BS 9251 - Upgrade the existing domestic water storage tank and booster set to provide sprinkler capacity - Install a new dedicated sprinkler main in the mechanical riser to service each floor - Provide flow control valves to indicate fire zone adjacent to each flat - New sprinkler panel in reception concierge area - Final detailed design and installation by specialist LPCB and BAFSA approved sprinkler contractor - All necessary small power and controls wiring. - Compartmentation - FIRAS or equivalent Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
