The successful supplier will be required but not limited to undertaking the following types of surveys: - Management Surveys - Demolition & Refurbishment Surveys - Re- inspection surveys - Re- assurance air testing - Background air monitoring and enclosure leak testing - Personal air monitoring - 4 stage clearance testing - Supervisory Services - Laboratory testing - Awareness Training The successful supplier will be undertaking the services on the following types of properties within the Authorities property portfolio : - Commercial Offices - Stand Alone Plant Rooms - Communal Areas and Hallways - Residential Buildings The supplier will be required to work with the authorities ALMO City West Homes, in order to deliver the services.
