Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to):- The scope of works comprises of 7 blocks of flats within similar low rise residential estates. The works are split into 2 distinct streams. ### Stream 1 (Stairs Type A and Type B) - Demolition of existing bin enclosures - Repairs and overcoating to external reinforced concrete staircases, access decks/ landings and soffits - New galvanised steel railings / balustrading to access decks and staircases fitted with 'warm feel' handrail cappings' - Brick repairs ### Stream 2 - Type MS Sites - Repairs to reinforced balconies, and overcoating with waterproof membrane, replacing existing balcony railings with new galvanised steel railings, and repairing cracked and defective brickwork to balconies.
