There will be a financial threshold for this lot of £1,640,911 total for the 3 years and any bids above this value will be disqualified. 2 - Community Medical Ophthalmology (Tier 2) (Birmingham Cross City / Birmingham South Central / Solihull CCGs) Lower contract value threshold: • 13,789 appointments per annum with a total anticipated spend per annum of £838,761. • 1st appointment - 5,243 • Follow up - 8,546 Upper contract value threshold: • 14,754 appointments per annum with a total anticipated spend per annum of £898,313. • 1st appointment - 5,610 • Follow up - 9,144 Providers may bid for one or both lots. The CCGs are holding a market engagement event and would like to extend an invitation to all interested parties. This market event will give an overview of the current services provided in Birmingham & Solihull, describe the CCGs' visions going forward and explain the procurement process.
