These are voids, reactive replacement kitchens and bathrooms; disabled adaptations; and other occasional reactive works.Scope of Works: The proposed Contract is to carry out the works using the National Housing Federation (Version 6) Specification in conjunction with bespoke schedule of rates and component rates. The contractor should assume that they will be carrying out void works in unoccupied properties. Other works should be assumed to be occupied. The works will be reactive and by this nature, no guarantee of quantity can be given.
