In addition the provider is expected to commit sufficient managerial and staff resource to work with the Council's Housing Services to support the successful implementation of a new service model for preventing homelessness and will take a lead role on some aspects of service development in agreement with the Council. This contract will be for an initial period of 1 year from 1st May 2018 with the option to extend the contract for a further period of up to 1 year.
