However, in order to ensure Value for Money, certain FM services are outsourced in some buildings. This contract will cover a number of buildings, all of which have different requirements. This contract will encompass 4 main areas/sites: - Central Halls, Middlesbrough - student residences - Saltersgill, Middlesbrough - Fusion Hive, Stockton - Centre for Professional Development (CPED) and National Horizons Centre, Darlington) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
