The establishment of this PLACE review group was approved by the OPDC Board to provide advice for development proposals and planning policy documents at the earliest opportunity in the planning process for all OPDC developments. The procurement is being managed by Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA) and the OPDC. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been advertised electronically via TfL's eTendering portal: ProContract, link: [procontract.due-north.com](https://procontract.due-north.com).
