Lot 2 Empty Homes Review & New Homes Bonus. Bidders are invited to give details of any additional services and Added Value they may be able to provide(eg Student Exemptions Review, 2nd Homes Review, Council Tax Reduction Scheme) The lead authority and partner councils are seeking to award 2 contracts, each for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years - Total contract period of 5 years, to perform a series of reviews as outlined in the specification.
