The end date, and highest value of the contract of £13.5m (£1.8m per annum), represents the full 7.5 years of the contract (including extension). The aim of the service is to implement Extended Access in accordance with the NHS England mandated specification. The service is to contribute to primary care delivery within the ERY locality offering routine and pre-bookable appointments to patients 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
