System integrates with the existing Northgate system owned by the Council and operated under a perpetual licence. "Information@Work" replaces software that is being de-supported before the end of the current maintenance term. "Information@Work" will be purchased outright with a perpetual licence to operate with support and hosting for a term of 50 months in the first instance and options to extend for as long as the software remains fit for purpose.
