This is a collaborative procurement exercise any resulting framework agreement will be entered into on behalf of the Consortium by Inspire as lead member. Inspire will also be calling off all services on behalf of the Consortium and will act as suppliers' single point of contact on behalf of the Consortium, including provisioning and invoicing.
