Westwood House will remain occupied by tenants during the works, however Rowan House will be unoccupied. There is no planning or building control requirements for this project. The purpose of this procurement exercise is for the Council to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced works contractor to undertake delivery of the phase two works only as per the drawings, specification and contract documents.
