This service is to fulfil the ECC Supervisor role and function, providing quality assurance of the design and physical works to ensure compliance with the Works Information. The Supplier will provide a risk based assurance plan integrated with the Contractor's quality management plan. Where a separate Designer is appointed, the Supplier will provide a risk based assurance plan integrated with the Designer's Site Representatives quality management plan.
