To meet the aim of building and strengthening a skilled workforce, WYCC are seeking partners to deliver a programme of Action Research Demonstrator projects that will contribute to addressing some of the major challenges and barriers faced by employed adults in low-paid employment across the Leeds City Region . Barriers include, but are not limited to financial and job insecurity, in-work poverty, poor progression rates and limited take up of training and development opportunities.
