The aim of the Prior Information Notice is to raise market awareness of a future requirement for the provision of specialist advice and services to support the implementation of the GLA's London Homes Energy Efficiency Programme. The Prior Information Notice is also inviting interested suppliers to attend an Early Market Engagement event on Thursday 16th August 2018.
