During the course of any resulting arrangement, this area may be increased to cover additional surrounding areas. This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd on behalf of the Alliance Homes Group. The duration of the contract is for an initial period of 10 months with the potential to extend for 3 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 3 years).
