The RAIB invites proposals for the works described in Section 4 of this document. This contract will be subject to the DfT Short-Form Conditions of Contract (Annex 3). - Background to the Requirement The RAIB requires the toilets and shower/changing rooms at The Wharf in Derby to be refurbished and redesigned to accommodate the current staffing level. The project is being split into four different lots to enable a phased refurbishment, with minimal disruption to the organisation.
