The Authority is seeking separate quotes and contracts for each site but contractors may submit a discounted price if both contracts were to be awarded to the same contractor. Works will include but may not be limited to: o Excavation o Pothole surface repair o Drainage works, including filter drains o Lining o Surface overlay o Carriageway reconstruction There is a strict completion and invoice date for both contracts of 30th March 2018. These contracts are for one-off remedial works at the sites and will cease once the works are complete. A defects period, however, will be applied for one \[1\] year after the completion dates.
