The service is split into four key components: Single point contact centre; •Energy efficiency and healthy lifestyles advice visit; •Professional small measures Handy Person service; •The delivery of a Handy Person service to install energy efficiency measures; •Winter Calls programme. The service will operate within the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
