The Council has five, four-bed homes which require the monthly service provision. The number of children's homes may be varied throughout the length of the contract if provision is re-designed. The purpose of the Service is to ensure that the day-to-day care provided in Coventry City Council residential homes is of the highest standard as specified in Regulation 44 (2) of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
