Bidders will be required to provide a Treatment Site for this waste for the duration of the Services which will divert a minimum of 80% of the waste received from landfill. The Council may award more than one Contract if it demonstrates value for money to do so and consideration will be given to the proximity principle and the environmental impact of tenders when awarding the Contract(s).
