The appointment includes making applications to vary existing planning consents or previous materials approvals as required, discharge of outstanding planning consents and addressing all Party Wall Matters to allow works to proceed.The Employer requires, as per Timetable in ITT Instruction document, first stage site activities (services diversions, excavations for foundations, as defined by the HCA), to be complete or underway by 15th March 2019.
