## About this tender

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply and distribution of materials that will support its planned maintenance activities during the period April 2019 until March 2023. It is also proposed that the framework be available for use to support Home Group's new build activities as well as being available to use by other Registered Providers, Local Authorities, ALMOs as well as Home Group's appointed contractors.

The framework is to be structured by way of Lots as follows:

- Lot 1 Plumbing, Heating and Bathrooms
- Lot 2 Electrical Items
- Lot 3 Kitchens
- Lot 4 Flooring
- Lot 5 Windows and Doors

The framework is to be available for use across all of Home Group's operational areas.
