Oldham Council is embarking on a cultural, arts and heritage capital programme in Oldham Town Centre in order to deliver on the Council's intentions for the capital developments incorporated into the Cultural Quarter capital programme. The Council is looking to procure a construction partner to work collaboratively and drive innovation to deliver the first phase of these exciting new facilities. In preparation for the transition from completion of the design details into main contractor procurement for Oldham Museum and Archive, the Council wishes to engage with suppliers for the purposes of soft market testing in order to be better informed to help us shape our proposal for a potential formal tendering process.
