Significantly, this is a new approach and we will be piloting, learning from and iterating based on user experience. We will be flexible about the solution to our proposal and expect the successful supplier to be flexible and responsive to our developing requirements. Subject to what we learn during the first two years of operation, we are likely to seek either extension or re-procurement of the e-portfolio contract. We are looking for a well-established product with abundant functionality (some of which we may not have thought of ourselves) and a strong client/user community, run by an organisation with extensive experience in supporting (and capacity to support) clients and end users. - Number of learners We do not, nor do we expect to, have an exact number of learners who will use the ACP e-portfolio. The numbers below are fair estimates and should be used to assemble supplier quotes.
