Sauter outstations to be replaced with Siemens outstations compatible with the Siemens Desigo Insight Building management System (BMS) installed for operation, monitoring and control of plant/equipment. b.Auto control valves shall be supplied and installed for LPHW heating circuits for wards 1-6. The location being: wards 1-3 in block 52 and wards 4-6 in block 39 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
