The Council requires the Powis Fastback 20 Binder or Equivalent to meet the requirements below but not limited to those: - • Fastback Model 20 (or Equivalent) binding machine is fast, full-featured machine capable of binding in large quantities • One Touch Function - with the press of a button, the machine binds a book up to 350 sheets within 13-20 second • Document Binding - Thermal Adhesive Binding to create strong bound books. • Perfectback Binding - for multiple short runs with no set up • Image Strip - thermal binding strip which has images printed on them, which can consist of photographs, vector art and/or various colour specifications.
