They will bring their extensive and proven skills in children's social care transformation to challenge and support the senior leadership of the Council and its partners and to deliver a robust assessment as to whether the Council is making expected improvements to services for the most vulnerable children. In doing so they will maintain strong on-going relationships with the Council and partners in order to provide a robust, evidence-based report about progress in May 2017.
