The service will incorporate diagnostic testing and treatment during, where appropriate, a single visit. The service will have access to diagnostics and when necessary, consultant support and advice and guidance. The contract will be let for a period of five years, with an optional extension of 2 years. The highest cost and contract end date stated in this notice represents the maximum opportunity including the extension period.
