The scope of works in summary consists of the following:

Strip out of the building including all mechanical plant, non-structural partitions, finishes and facades

### Replacement of the facades

### Replacement of all mechanical and electrical services

Provision of new services independent of those serving the station

### Refurbishment and provision of the lifts

### Installation of new IT services and connections

Fit out of teaching, office, catering and welfare spaces

Redecoration of existing internal spaces - to include new floor, wall, partition and ceiling finishes
