Properties will include: ### Sheltered or Independent Living Schemes ### Communal areas/blocks of multiple occupancy (flats) Temporary Accommodation /Houses of Multiple Occupation Gypsy & Traveller site offices Others as required. It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 and is for 2 years Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
