The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated works, including surveying, designing, and the associated installation/repairs. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated repairs/works. RHL will be seeking to appoint the successful contractor to the role of Principal Contractor (under CDM Regulations 2015) for the duration of the works. Whereby there is a requirement for design the contractor will also act as the Principal Designer, in such instances this will be specified in the letter of appointment. Additional information: It is expected that interested parties will require access to the properties to enable them to quote for this work.
