These specific works must be completed between 7th August to 18th August and cannot over-run. The college have commissioned Vickery Holman, Building Surveyors, to produce a detailed summary of works and technical specification. This is attached at Appendix D and should be read before submitting your bid. Vickery Holman will be managing this contract on behalf of the College and acting as the Project Manager/Contract Administrator for the purposes of this tender.
