The FCA is seeing an increase in the volume and complexity of its case data. Therefore,the FCA would like to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its review process by adopting new technologyand ways of working. The scope of this procurement will also include implementation services, maintenance and support services and the migration of data from the FCA's existing system to the new system.
