The contract is for a period of 3 years from 1st August 2017 to 31st July 2020 with a possibility for a further 1-year extension (to 31st July 2021) based on performance during the initial term. This opportunity is split into two Lots: - Lot 1 Pitched Roofing - Lot 2 Flat Roofing Tenderers are able to submit a tender for either, one or both of the Lots. Each Lot shall be evaluated independently against the evaluation criteria, therefore depending upon the evaluation outcome, the council may appoint a different contractor for each Lot, or a single contractor to cover both Lots.
