The concessionaire will be required to fit out the Unit at its own cost, including the installation of sprinklers and air conditioning, if required, to a specification and design to be agreed by LLA. The intended start date of the concession will be 1st February 2018. The concession will be for a term of 5 years. Thank you for taking part in this tender.
